Order / Delivery

Order times are generally between 4-8 weeks but can vary depending on the time of year. I can let you know the current waiting time when you order. We offer free direct delivery from our suppliers all across the UK including the Isle of Wight.

All Daro furniture comes with a 2 year warranty on frames. Please register your guarantee upon delivery of your furniture through the Daro website.

Please notify Crofton Cane immediately if there are any problems with your furniture upon unwrapping. This is in order to validate your claim.

The balance of your furniture order must be paid before delivery. Payment can be made in person, or over the telephone by card. If you would like to pay by BACS we will give you a free bottle of premium wine.

If there are any faults or damage to your furniture order, we will repair or replace your item as per the terms of your guarantee. We do not offer returns on items if there is nothing wrong with the furniture and you have changed your mind. There is no legal requirement for this.

To avoid any disappointment, we do encourage you to choose carefully. There is a no pressure environment in our showroom to allow you to take all the time you need to choose your cane furniture. We thank you for your understanding.
