Family Business
Crofton Cane Furniture is located at Crofton Retail Centre on the main road that runs from Stubbington village to the beautiful seafront at Lee on Solent.
We have been a family run business for over 30 years. My father was the original owner, and it was passed to me in 2019 when my father took full retirement. This was a very new venture for me, having previously worked in special needs. Taking on a new business has been a huge learning experience, and a thoroughly rewarding one. I genuinely love what I do and feel very blessed. From the moment I meet you, right through to the delivery of your furniture, I make sure that you will be in no doubt as to why you have bought from me.
Buying conservatory furniture from me will never be a rushed experience. From the moment you arrive you will receive a warm and friendly reception.
No pressure
There is never any pressure to buy, and you do not have to buy a particular combination of furniture. Buying a sofa and 2 chairs (suite), tends to be popular, but also lots of people just buy what they need, and that may be 2 chairs and a small table.
I would encourage you to take photos of the furniture and prices if you have a smart phone. We also have tape measures, and plenty of brochures with sizing in. There is no expectation to buy on your first visit. I will always respect that you may need time to mull it over, check sizes at home etc…
We are confident that our prices are the best in the area but still, conservatory furniture is a big purchase and I want you to be sure about what you are buying. The atmosphere is relaxed and unhurried. I am happy to show you around and explain everything or just let you explore alone.

Crofton Retail Centre isn’t just home to Crofton Cane Furniture, it is also the base for a variety of home improvement businesses, in fact our conservatory furniture is housed in a range of conservatory types from Hampshire Home Improvements.
And finally….
I know myself that it’s not only the the sales experience that matters but the aftercare too. It can be very frustrating if there is no communication from the company you purchase from. I pride myself on offering an excellent after sales service. From the moment you have ordered, to the point of delivery and afterwards, I am available by email or phone 7 days a week.
All of my calls are diverted to my mobile when I am out of the office, so I am always available to help with any issues or questions. This is not common with many retail places.
We are easily located with sat nav. There is also plenty of free parking available. Toilets are on site, and you are welcome to have a tea or coffee, or cold drink, plus there is always chocolate on offer!
While you are here you may be interested in other services available at the retail centre, including conservatories, blinds, solid roof replacements, garden rooms and garages, plus of course our beautiful pergolas. Dogs on a lead are welcome too. If you live a further away and are not from this area, we are fortunate to be located within walking or driving distance from a lovely seafront, where you could stop off for a nice walk, and a bite to eat, good way to make a day of it.
